You must be over 18, or 13 and over with parents permission to download our game or participate in our focus groups.  Your participation with Vehicular is at Dimension Zero Studios discretion, and Dimension Zero Studios may terminate your participation at any time without any compensation whatsoever.  Participants eligible for future merchandise or compensation from Dimension Zero Studios must have an address in North America, and is determined at Dimension Zero Studios discretion.  Any feedback provided is the responsibility of the user and at their own discretion.  They agree that they do not intend to use our game for any harmful or damaging purposes.  Any injuries to the user or others in the vicinity are not the responsibility of Dimension Zero Studios.  The user agrees not to share our information with any other game developers or game studios.  The user acknowledges that the information submitted may be shared with Oculus for development and/or marketing purposes.  Any names or addresses given to Dimension Zero Studios will be kept private.
